Laura Zaccardi

Laura Zaccardi is Russ’s Director of Operations. She summarizes feedback on his webinars, helps him reconnect with those in his network, and manages the schedule for his corporate clients. As a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) herself, Laura blends her change expertise, personal story, and desire to champion others to help clients find greater satisfaction and lead more accomplished lives. Her coaching is sought after by those who want to move from asking, “why is this happening to me?” to “how can I make this work for me?”. Laura holds an M.S. in Organizational Development from The Johns Hopkins University and received her B.S. from Hood College in Human Resources Management. She’s co-founder and serves as a board member for PAD Paws, a non-profit organization that focuses on the rescue and rehoming of cats in New Jersey.

Danica Trebel

Danica Trebel is a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer/Speaker Candidate and Choose to Win Coach. As the Founder of UnlearningU Coaching, Danica's passion is helping people shatter the "lie-dentity" and ignite their greatness. She's the author of "Powerful," "The L Factor," and co-author of Russ Terry's “Our Gratitude Mission 2”. As Russ Terry's Chief of Staff, she assists with onboarding new coaches onto Life Coach Radio Networks, maintains his LinkedIn connections, and expense reports. She was also one of three co-stars on Terry Tunes Tuesday COVID Karaoke Season 1 Finale which can be seen on Facebook and YouTube.

Stephanie Barrientos

Stephanie Barrientos is Russ’s Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant. She’s a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s in Public Administration. After having her daughter, she wanted to find the perfect work-life balance and started her own Virtual Assisting business. Her passion is to help support other Entrepreneurs in achieving their overall mission by administratively supporting them through various platforms, one project at a time. She supports Russ by managing his websites and LinkedIn connections and helping him reply to the many emails he gets. Stephanie also handles all aspects of his travel during non-COVID times. “It has been a pleasure to work for Russ and I personally look forward to all he will accomplish in the coming years. I am #grateful to be a part of his journey.”
